Hamid is an author, Senior Management Consultant, Cultural Change Specialist and a Coach. He has worked in senior roles with large consulting organisations and also helped clients as an independent consultant. His professional focus has been to help raise management awareness and enable organisations to build sustainable organisational capabilities in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and Asia. He has worked in the public sector (commonwealth, state, and local government), and the private sector in financial services, energy (retail), telecommunications, manufacturing, and mental health.

Over his professional career, Hamid has successfully facilitated strategic workshops and coached leadership teams on effective people management and sustainable cultural alignments.
He has pioneered and implemented a variety of novel and paradigm-shifting concepts in business, technology and cultural transformations. His approach to complex behaviours helps organisations to establish resilient culture to deal with market complexities for delivering customer-focused outcomes and incorporating risk culture.
Hamid is also an executive coach, a clinical hypnotherapist and a life coach. His other professional focus encompasses topics such as psychology, human intelligence, systems dynamics, ecology, complexity, cybernetics, and human and social consciousness transformation. He has published a book on creating a 21st-century sustainable social architecture for humanity and has written many articles on human psychology and social and cultural topics.
