Such a body of knowledge provides organisations with the required intelligence to help them organically self-regulate and sustainably deal with their competing needs and their diverse stakeholders' expectations.

THE FOUNDERS
The two founders of Organic Intelligence, Hamid Soltani and Associate Professor Anthony Bedford collaboratively joined forces in 2022 to create a new paradigm of thinking and principles that could fundamentally reshape the current management practices in how they can define, measure and manage complex behaviours such as organisational culture. This intriguing name “Organic Intelligence” encapsulates their lifelong professional vision of finding a holistic and sustainable solution to organisational never-ending challenges for how to meaningfully measure and manage their business on an ongoing basis. Challenges of how to continually re-organise and enable themselves to intelligently anticipate and respond to their complex changing world in socially accepted and sustainable ways.
Both Hamid and Anthony have common drivers in their quest for creating intelligent and sustainable practices for organisations, the broader social communities, and global/ environmental domains. They also bring a diverse set of complementary experiences into their coalition mix that makes them capable of tackling multidisciplinary organisational and social challenges.
The aim of Organic Intelligence is to help organisations to realise their full potential and convert presenting opportunities into market values using sustainable ways.
They strongly believe that the success ingredients of services offered by Organic Intelligence are due to a niche team of highly collaborative specialists in the field of Complex Behavioural Science, Organisational Practices and advanced Mathematical Disciplines.

We are a collaborative organisation specialising in niche management advisory services, education and custom implementation of focused solutions for the measurement, optimisation and enablement of complex business capabilities and behaviours.
Through such services, we enable organisations to sustainably balance their financial and non-financial operating perspectives and holistically meet their strategic visions. We apply a multidisciplinary approach to our client’s needs and ensure every organisational problem is considered within the context of the client's specific operating domain, systemic influences, behavioural factors and statistical lenses.
