MEET THE TEAM
A multidisciplinary individuals with a united vision as a team for making a difference.
We are collaborative, multidisciplined individuals and ideologically united as a team to deliver measurable values to organisations. In our innovative approach to complex behavioural management practices, we thrive on diversity of views, intelligent reflection on emergent ideas and constant re-learning by questioning and challenging current paradigms of thinking in search of new intelligent possibilities.
Hamid Soltani
Co-Founder & Director - Complex Behavioural Management
Hamid's pioneering approach and disciplines for defining and measuring behavioural complexities enable him to be a strong champion for raising organisational awareness and appetite for the adoption of new possibilities and solutions.
By drawing from his wide range of skills and experience in management consulting, technology, innovation, and cultural transformation, he can make business justifications for urgent course correction for organisations that aspire to stay ahead of the pack.
In his view, organisations are at a cusp of a seismic evolutionally shift and it is highly advisable for them to re-evaluate their current position as soon as possible. Smart organisations can evolve from their machine-centric limitations and embrace a set of sustainable management practices that intentionally centres the complex needs and satisfactions of their stakeholders as their base starting point.
